ZZ Dats employees have reached 240 people – the team will be strengthened in the future / day for competitiveness and export market

« The deficit of qualified IT professionals is expected to continue in the industry in the near future, and our employees are among the most important resources in the long -term development and competitiveness of the company. The company is therefore a targeted approach to staff development. We are focusing on the new IT industry talents that are not a small amount of the IT industry, which is not a shortage of Director Edžus Žeiris. The increase in the number of employees in 2024 was also promoted by its strategic contribution by purchasing SIA Catchmart for competitiveness (specialization – the development of digital solutions for state institutions) and adding it to ZZ Dats.

The growth was facilitated by several strategically implemented projects in the areas of e-government and data analytics. The volume of work in e-health development and the introduction of digives increased significantly. In 2024, the company did most of the work with its own resources, with less subcontractors and partners.

In 2024, the company continued its active participation in research and innovation promotion initiatives, implementing important projects in cooperation with the IT Center of Excellence, industry partners and state institutions. A new research project has been launched to promote the development of digital solutions in the field of social services, as well as a number of training and development projects to strengthen the competence of employees.

Currently, the research project launched in April 2024 « Development of a Solutions for Dictation of Latvian Language Speech Recognition Dictation System in the field of social services in the field of quality and accessibility ». Its purpose is to develop Latvian -language, open, horizontally -scalable and cloud -based speech recognition and dictation platforms that are adapted to the specifics of social care. The planned result is a system that allows you to significantly reduce time and resource consumption in documenting customer items while improving the quality of service and the accuracy of the information. The project is implemented in cooperation with SIA “RGP” and SIA “Rehabilitation Center Tērvete”.

In the year 2024, the training project “Promoting ICT Professionals for Innovation for Innovation and Industry Development” was completed in cooperation with the Latvian Information and Communication Technology Association (LIKTA). As part of this project, employees acquired current skills in information technology, strengthening the overall knowledge base and capacity of society.

In the International Information and Communication Technology (ICT) market, ZZ DATS created a new WNTR Tech brand in 2024. As a result, one of the leading companies in Latvia will have more opportunities for ICT solutions and electronic services research and development to offer their solutions and offer competence in other countries.

ZZ Dats continued to support various industry initiatives as well as social projects. For example, support was provided to the Hackathon « Open Data: Innovation and Growth » organized by the Ministry of Administration and Regional Development, the School of Public Administration and the Latvian Open Technology Association (LATA), as well as several other industry development projects.
