Zita Sipos makeup master has made women’s faces nicer for forty years

Zita Sipos makeup master, from fashion photos to film, television and theater productions to education, helps women to shine in their full splendor. His name can be made with movies like Stop Teresa! Or Post Mortem, but he also contributed to the Royal Albert Hall in the alternative Hair Show every year.
He is currently making his masterpiece makeup for demonstrations of Daalarna wedding dresses. Two years ago, he has been awarded the Fashion Awards Hungary event award and celebrates his forty -year career this year – our interview is given by this jubilee year.
You were done as a beautician because you couldn’t have lived any other than your passion, makeup at that time. Did you get a journey at the beautician school that you couldn’t get anywhere else, but did you see the benefit of your makeup master?
They were in the cosmetic schools at war with makeup – Later, the beautician and makeup profession became two. My colleagues do one or the other, the two together like me, few – I could never choose from the two. Cosmetics is a relaxed retreat and a good relationship outside the face, « clean », as opposed to makeup, when everything is all paint, all color.

A film is a hard physical work, at the same time to work with actors, see step by step the work is a great experience. You can also see your works in movies like Post Mortem and Stop Teresa! What was the biggest challenge in the shooting?
There is nothing to challenge me if I have to makeup – it sounds great, though it is humility. Whatever I have to do about makeup, it’s service and almost instinctive. Both films were directed by my friend Péter Bergendy, whom we have known each other for thirty years. Ever since we worked together for the first time, he hasn’t called any other makeup.
Post Mortem is a horror movie, a photographer who takes pictures of the dead. The corpse is dressed, as if it were alive, sitting with his family. The photographer commemorates the family so taken. Every minute of the movie was a surprise, it was exciting to take part in the shooting, and my job was to make a « nice » corpse.
Didn’t this spiritually burdensome work be worn?
Not at all. Horror has the benefit of helping to overcome our own demons. Watching horror is good not to be afraid of life.
What do you consider the golden age of the Hungarian fashion profession? How did you prevail?

What is a good runway makeup?
The choreographer invents the concept and develops makeup based on his visual world and designer guidelines. Initially, I was not delighted with this novelty, but later I realized that both the dress and the natural beauty of the girls are better. Forty years or on the pitch, not any name. In 2022, the Fashion Awards Hungary event was awarded a lifetime award. What does this trophy mean to you?
One of my greatest recognition is a great honor, but at the same time I received the Life Award from the hairdressing and beautician association, which is also important. Many times my students win big international awards, and so I have been able to receive the Ministry’s most outstanding master’s honor. If you have your age, the awards will come.
The biggest milestone in your career is to work as a makeup artist at the Alternative Hair Show at Royal Albert Hall. What made the work there different from the rest?
For two thousand, Laci Hajas has been on the show in Hungarian colors, where the world’s best hairdressers show a five-minute program. When I participated in the show, Tamás Náray made choreography. It is a great experience to work with the best in the world on stage, and it is a hearty heart that helps children with leukemia from the event’s revenue. For my eighteenth birthday, I got a one -week London trip from my parents, which included a theatrical performance at Royal Albert Hall – it was an incredible feeling to be there again!
Who have you been able to work with so far? Maybe it’s Tamás Náray?
I would first highlight Gábor Norman, a creative producer in America since then. He started as a model-choreographer and was a dream to work with. When he went to America, I started working with Tamás Náray on his own collections. By then, we both gained enough experience that

I was jury at a beauty competition, where Panni’s sister Judit was called. He said he didn’t think he was so beautiful, but he has a sister who is beautiful. They both came, and when I saw the sixteen -year -old Panni’s feet, I was sure of his success.
Which fashion style is closest to you and what is typical of the firing makeup?
I say the Golden Age in the 1990s and the sixties amazed. From today’s fashion, Dolce & Gabbana’s style is my favorite, especially its Sicilian line, the South Italian mood: black lace, red lipstick, shower – I see Monica Bellucci in front of me.
How do we makeup everyday?

What kind of work do you find you in lately?
I am in a rest period because the summer shooting has been overwhelmed in the last two years. The eighty-day shootings of the Homeland series were physically burdensome, and I also make a star in the star, which has different challenges a week. The latter work is not only creative, but you also need to be well adapted to other creativity.
I have been teaching one day a week for years, about eighty percent of those on the pitch have been studying with me, most of whom have since come to fashion or in a film world. My plans include that once I can contribute to fewer events, I spend more time to teach, which is just as much a source of joy than a shoot, but is not physically burdensome.
Do you get feedback outside the charges?
Recently, a young lady from a dance group won a personal makeup course for me, and in the end she wrote a beautiful letter to her coach: by the time she finished, even her thoughts changed, not just her face. These feedbacks are mostly proven that I am on the right track.
