Zelensky imposed sanctions against Mosiychuk and the son of Boguslaev
Ukraine has introduced personal sanctions against the former MP Igor Mosiychuk and the son of Motor Sich’s Expatient Vyacheslav Boguslaev – Alexander.

Details: It is noted that the decree enters into force on the day of its publication, May 25.

Sanctions against Boguslaev Jr. provide for temporary blocking of assets-that is, a ban on using and disposing of property directly or through intermediaries.
Restrictions on trade operations, participation in privatization, public procurement, prohibition of technology transfer, conclusion of transactions and payment of dividends are also introduced.
In particular, sanctions against Boguslaev contain:
- termination of flights, transportation and transit of resources through Ukraine
- Preventing the withdrawal of funds abroad
- termination of permitting documents, in particular for the use of subsoil
- Prohibition of privatization
- Prohibition of public procurement
- Prohibition of securities transactions
- Prohibition of capital increase
- termination of trade agreements, joint projects and industrial programs
- termination of exchange, cooperation, educational and sports contact
- cancellation of visits and negotiations on the conclusion of agreements.
- Prohibition on the acquisition of land plots.
The same sanctions were imposed against the former MP Igor Mosiychuk.
Sanctions against Rostislav Shaposhnikov site were also imposed on the founder of the Road Control site.
