On May 12, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the withdrawal of Lieutenant General Ivan Havrylyuk from the High Commander-in-Chief.

Details: According to the source « Public« In the Ministry of Defense, the dismissal is associated with the initiative of Havrylyuk to transfer UAH 78 billion from the Defense Procurement Agency (AOP) to the Polish intermediary firm » Phu Lechmar « sp. Zo oo for the purchase of ammunition for the State Border Guard.
