Zelenski: Unconditional ceasefire should be provided in the air, sea and land – Cyprus Newspaper
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Ukrainian President Volumir Zelenski discussed increasing efforts for peace in Ukraine. Zelenski said about his meeting with Starmer, “Unconditional ceasefire should be provided in the air, sea and land and should be the first step towards the establishment of a fair peace with reliable security guarantees”.
According to a statement from the Number 10 of the British Prime Minister, Zelenski and Starmer held a meeting in Rome during the funeral of the Catholic leader and President of the Vatican Pope Franciscus.
The duo discussed the steps taken for a fair and lasting peace in Ukraine, and discussed the issue of increasing the acceleration achieved.
Starmer and Zelenski agreed to plan the future steps with other partners and come together again.

Zelenski also made a statement about his meeting with Starmer and said that they have dealt with unconditional ceasefire and safety guarantees and emphasized:
“Unconditional ceasefire should be provided in the air, at sea and land and should be the first step towards the establishment of a fair peace with reliable security guarantees. However, strong guarantees can provide permanent peace and protect human life.”
