Zelenski makes a new change at the top of the army

A decree published on the website of the Presidential Administration announces that General Hnatov, the deputy head of staff, will replace the general-lieutenant Anatoli Barhilevici.
'We constantly transform our armed forces to make them even more fighting. To do this, we change the management system and introduce clear standards, 'said the Minister of Defense, Rustem Hourov, in a statement.
Hnatov has 27 years of experience in the army, in which he went from the command of a brigade of marine prisoners to the leadership of troops in the Donetk region.

One of the main Ukrainian fighting units, the 3rd separate assault brigade, announced on Friday its reorganization in the body.
« We plan to change the principles and methods of this war, » the commander Andrii Biletki said in a video post. « This means changing the course of the war in favor of Ukraine, » he said.
