Zadar led in the semi -final against Cibona, dominated by Montenegrin

Basketball players Zadarwho are hunting for the third consecutive Croatian Championship title, have led in a semi -final series against Cibonedefeating the Zagreb team 81-76 (25-17, 19-28, 23-11, 14-20) in the Krešimir Cosic Hall.

The people of Zadar spent most of the game in the lead, although Cibona was a small advantage of five points (11-16) in the sixth minute. But by the end of the first quarter, the Zadari made 14-1 and in the second quarter entered with eight points that she was growing and at +10 (27-17) in the 11th minute.

Montenegrin Vladimir Mihailovic was the top scorer of Zadar with 22 points, while Tyler Wahl filled statistics with 17 points, seven rebounds and five assists. Marko Ramljak inserted 12 points and Lovro Mazalin 10. At Cibona the top scorer was Smajlagic with 17 points. Perasovic scored 13 points, Domagoj Vukovic 12, and Kresimir Radovcic 11.

The second match of the series is scheduled for Monday, May 26, in Zagreb. The finals will be placed in the finals, which will reach two wins.
