That man got suspended of punishment, which the influencer did not find justified. Last Thursday the investigators came to his parental home in Blankenberge. He was not at home at that time, but later in the day he reported on the commissariat of his lawyer. After an interrogation, he was allowed to go home, at least if he adhered to a host of conditions. One of them: not posting videos for three months and the video in which he takes the targeted student offline.

Hope for computers

The video was just online in the last days, but in the meantime it is gone. « This video has been removed by the uploader, » is the message. Nathan Vandergunst did that this morning at the request of the investigators. According to our information, he was expected with his lawyer. There he also had to explain to the investigators how he got to the images of that video. According to Vandergunst, he found it on social media, where the student was already « exhibited » at that time. According to what we learn, Vandergunst also hoped to get his computers back there, but he was allowed to store that hope. He was allowed to have again, but had to go home empty -handed.

Online prison

His counsel Serge Carton has previously reported that three months do not post videos for his client on a professional ban. « Acid is relieved that he should not go to the cell now, but he is in prison online, » it sounded. If it depends on the investigators, he must certainly stay there for a while. And with that the dish takes acid where it hurts: with his followers and his money.

Acid is rather hard-learning, because the influencer was previously convicted because he had similarly released the names of various Reuvigers from the Sanda Dia case. This resulted in a three -month prison sentence with a postponement, a fine of 800 euros and a provisional compensation of 20,000 euros.
