« You’re not alone when you do good »: a documentary about volunteering will be presented in Sofia


After the premiere in Pernik, where five years ago the initiative « You are not alone » begins, which helps adults and needy people, the short documentary « You are not alone when you do good » for their volunteering It will also be shown in Sofia.
The screening will be held on April 7 at the Photosynthesis Art Center and has a free entrance after pre -registration.

Then there will be a discussion with the founders of the initiative – Philip Stoyanov and Simeon Lazarov, as well as with the director of the film Niya Veleva and the operator Vladimir Trifonov. They all aim to document the video to reach more people with big hearts to feel the meaning and power of volunteering.

The project was filmed free of charge during the last Christmas campaign of the Foundation « You are not alone ». Within three shooting days, the team manages to capture the reactions of people who receive material and emotional support, as well as volunteers who donate time and effort.
