You are sentenced to 5 years with a penal code, and Vetting sentenced prosecutors and judges forever!

There can be no justice system when the justice employee is treated unfairly. It is absolutely so. Vetting was the most unjust treatment of justice workers. No one was accused by that process of corruption, by the way. With administrative processes based on speculations and rumors, half of judges and prosecutors left the system, creating a more severe collapse in the system.
Today the Justice Service has become a curse. This is the consequence of the reform. Judges and prosecutors who arrested, tried and sentenced to life in prison on behalf of the state and, where the latter brought to the streets as a « reward » is not called reform! Much less justice.
Then did corruption fought by hitting judges and prosecutors so hard or worse? Whoever has his eyes on his forehead and his head should be able to understand that reform was failure! How is it possible for an administrative process to punish you forever, ie worse than the criminal process? This is the question that requires answers.
That is, if judges or prosecutors had been convicted by the Court of Corruption, as the Criminal Code is prohibited for up to 5 years not to return to the system, while Vettingu excluded them for life! So the proof -based criminal process removes 5 years from the system, while the rumor -based administrative process takes you forever!
This is the culmination of the injustice done to the justice workers and should be regulated.

I have previously analyzed this aspect and stayed with the idea of returning to the system of all those scratches and prosecutors who have passed the 5 -year « punishment » skill. I also presented this idea at an event of the Kondad Adenauer Foundation where Mr. Sali Berisha was also present. I also present and defend this idea at Mr. Edi Rama’s public events without any problems. Justice will not only be unblocked with magistrate students, much less with foreign employees.
