Police Commissariat Crimes Investigation Specialists Nr. 1, following the investigative actions carried out to clarify the circumstances of the incident yesterday at Ali Demi, where a 15-year-old was injured, identified the suspected perpetrator and several citizens involved in the case.
Following procedural actions:
-The alleged perpetrator of the injury, citizen An, 21, was wanted for the offenses of « Intentional Intentional Injury » and « Unlawful possession and production of weapons, explosives and ammunition »;
-Announced LM, 24 years old, the pizza administrator where the incident took place, for the offenses « Failure to Crime » and « Acts that hinder the discovery of the truth »;
-FB, 20 years old, Ah, 29, and KB, 20 years old, pizza workers, for the offenses of « Failure to Crime » and « Acts that hinder the discovery of the truth ». These citizens are allegedly clearing the scene and removed the DVR of the Pizzeria’s security camera.
Also referred to the materials in the Prosecutor’s Office where criminal proceedings for a 15 -year -old citizen were initiated for the offense of « Acts that hinder the discovery of the truth ».
