Women’s spiral was moving hard drugs – see where they hid them
A criminal organization, whose members were active in the concealment and trafficking of drugs in the wider Attica region, was dismantled by the Subdivision of Respate Organized Crime of Northern Greece.
A organized police operation in Markopoulo Attica was held yesterday, Thursday, March 26, 2025, by police officers from the Drug Enforcement Department, with the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Division and the Department of Operational Groups.
Three arrests
In this context, 3 women were identified and arrested, against whom a case was filed for a criminal organization (gang) and violations of drug law.
More specifically, according to ELAS. After properly utilizing information, police actions, verbs and intersections, as well as profiling, the criminal activity of the accused was certified.
In subsequent investigations, conducted with the assistance of a police dog of the Special Police Forces, a total of found and confiscated:
- -2- kg and -24.2-grams of heroin,
- -14.6- grams of cocaine,
- -11- drug tablets,
- precision scales,
- -2- mobile,
- -1.650-euro and
- -2- vehicles.
The arrested were taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
