A woman from the beginning of the 60 caused a lot of damage in Koekelare on Friday evening. For an unclear reason she ended up next to the road and drove there full on a parked trailer. He ended up on the street with a blow and rammed a parked Citroën. There was a lot of damage.
The traffic accident happened on Friday evening around 10.20 pm in the Ichtegemstraat in Koekelare. A woman from the beginning the 60 who lives in the neighborhood drove into the built -up area with her Suzuki Ignis, coming from Ichtegem. For an unclear reason, she suddenly ended up next to the road. However, it is about a straight stretch of road. The woman drove there full on a parked trailer that stood behind a Mercedes Vito, but was not accompanied.
The trailer was loaded with rock rubble and concrete border stones, but despite that weight it shot ahead with a hefty bang. First the Mercedes itself was hit at the back, after which the loosened trailer rammed a parked Citroën.

The three vehicles and the trailer had a lot of damage after the accident. The Polder police arrived for the findings. It is not clear how the accident happened and whether there were aggravating circumstances. The woman was not injured.
