With the advent of spring from under the snow in Narva, not only the primroses appear

Last weekend I went to a friend on Uskyul. While they drank tea, they looked out the window: mothers with children walked in front of the house on the playground in front of the house, enjoying the first spring warmth. The spacious courtyard with benches and a bright town seemed an ideal place for walking.

My friend also often happens there with his two -year -old granddaughter. But there is one problem that outrages it to the core: dogs are walking on the playground, but units are removed behind them. Meanwhile, the children dig in the sand, tear the grass, drag everything into their mouths … And adults are not very pleased to go around such “mines”, especially in the spring, when everything secret goes outside.

-I somehow could not stand it and asked the man why he did not remove after his dog. In response, she heard: “This is a fertilizer!”, She is indignant.
My friend is also known for completely different examples.
– My son lives in Tallinn, in Mustamyae, and there they clean everything and always. He also does himself. Why is everything different in Narva? Of course, not all in our yard are like that. For example, I saw how one elderly woman not only cleaned up her old mongrel, but also selected other people's “traces”.

Meanwhile, a few minutes walk from the playground, in neighboring courtyards, urns are installed to help the owners of the dogs with special packages designed to dispose of the life of their pets. In total, there are 33 such urns on the territory of Narva, they can be seen on a special mapAlthough dog owners probably know about them.

But, most likely, the point is not in the amount of urn. If you started a pet, then you take responsibility for him: you love, feed, walk and remove it. Without inventing excuses such as “there was no time”, “it is embarrassed to clean”, “no one removes why I owe?”
But from year to year it turns out we have the same story: snow melts, and the city turns into one continuous reminder of irresponsibility. Maybe it's time to stop looking for excuses and start changing your outdated habits?
