With chicken and with oats / day
Spicy chicken with nuts and rice
When the usual chicken fillet wants to taste a little differently than usual, this could be one of the recipes. A little spicy, pleasant crunchy meal! Very compatible with boiled rice, I would recommend basmati.
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Complexity: than difficult
Quantity: 1 or 2 servings (depending on appetite)
Components
- 2 not too large chicken fillets
- 1 egg white 1 tbsp. k. maize starch
- 40 ml of oil for baking
- 100 g of cashew nuts (unroached, unsalted)
- A 2 cm large piece of ginger root
- 2 Green bows stalks
- 1 small chili
- 30 ml Hoisin saucy
- 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt
Hoisin The sauce can be bought in supermarkets, looking for Asian product shelves.
Cooking
1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Put chicken and hard in the bag and shake well. Beat with the whiteness of the hand, mix with the chicken pieces. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2. Peel and chop ginger in detail. Finely chop the bows and chili (the seeds are removed!). Pour the oil into the pan with high edges and heat thoroughly. Pour the cashew nuts and bake, stirring constantly, until golden (do not burn!). Remove the roast nuts and dry on paper towels.
3. Heat the same oil again and fry the chicken pieces until golden. Remove from oil and dry on paper towels.
4. Pour ginger and bows into the same oil, stirring for about a minute, then add the chili, Hoisin sauce and a pinch of salt. Make the fried chicken, continue to stir and bake for another minute. Then remove the pan from the stove, add sesame oil and sugar, mix. Pieber nuts and mix again. Upon desire to add more with Hoisin sauce and served with rice.
