Wishful Thinking in Fictional Governance
The incredibly innovative measures that Portugal prepares to implement are the guarantee of a phase of accelerated development that will provide sustainable growth in current and future generations. I am absolutely fascinated by the modern, contemporary, innovative, bold and deeply European mode as the Prime Minister prepares the country for the challenges of an increasingly global and competitive world.
Those that most highlight in education, a fundamental pillar of long -term development, are the autonomy of schools in hiring the faculty, the evaluation of schools in the results of evaluation in the various subjects, the quality of the environment, in civilians, and philosophy, sport and arts. Other aspects of relief involves the introduction of meritocracy promotion programs and talent development; By introducing mandatory programs in the participation of students in social solidarity actions and the introduction of science, digitization and technology teaching until the 12th grade. Congratulations to the government for finally watching a profound change in stagnation to which this important area of society has been referred to. Without a robust educational system there is no chance of developing.
In court, I highlight, of course, the operation of the courts 16 hours a day, the simplification of the cases associated with greater digitization and a greater number of judges formed by the Center for Judicial Studies will allow the objective of the government of a maximum term of process resolution up to 1 year. This amendment will make Portugal a much more humanist country in the relationship with civil and criminal justice, and much more effective in economic justice, finally complying with Article 20 paragraph 4 of the Constitution. These are extraordinary traits in the development and modernization of the country. These are dreams to be made reality. My respect and admiration for Luis Montenegro increases with each measure!
Civic education measures and innovative equipment that will allow us to be a world reference in public cleaning, recycling and utilization of waste constitute another fundamental pillar to this properly sustainable long -term development view. Absolutely extraordinary!
In labor law, I congratulate the evolution of the regulation of the right to strike that will prevent the use of this fundamental right in an arbitrary and blackmailed manner; I congratulate with the increase in the national minimum wage to € 1250; I congratulate the matrix regulation of dismissal and the obligation to represent workers in the boards of directors and the obligation to distribute dividends by shareholders and employees. We will have a highly motivated and united country for economic development precisely shared. Congratulations to the Montenegro government that with this reformist capacity ensures the well-being and evolution of Portugal towards good resource management and economic success is also based on integrated exploitation (research, teaching and public and private companies) of the maritime economy based on the exclusive economic zone with a very relevant geopolitical impact resulting from the role in the defense of Europe of the Portuguese Navy.
Fabulous the way this government visions and implements the reform and contemporary restructuring of Portugal.
Really boring is only in the plane of fiction and this article is nothing more than a parallel reality. As the Anglo-Saxon say: Wishful Thinking…
