Will the Northern Tangenta Transport project come to life in Bratislava?

The investor from the Bratislava district of Nové Mesto turned to the municipality with a relatively common project. He wanted to remodel his property. However, he was given a negative opinion.

At the same time, the decision of the capital has shown that a large transport project is still being considered for several decades. It may result in a change that will affect not only the city district location, but also the wider center Bratislava.

Trivial only seemingly

Eseročka emergency service Olivová wanted to rebuild a family house on the office and office on Smrečianska Street in Bratislava and warehouse tools.

« The proposed change in the construction of a family house lies mainly in the modification and extension of the attic, which would, together with other construction modifications, create an administrative building with two above -ground floors, » the company wrote to the documents.

As it also follows, four parking spaces were to be created: « Executive workers will also use the entrance when loading and unloading the tools into their cars. »

The seemingly trivial project encountered the municipality. The opinion signed by the chief architect of Bratislava Juraj Šujan, for example, states that the investor chose an incorrect methodology for calculating the built -up and floor space.

In addition, the description lacked dimensions and descriptions of the surfaces, as well as the exact location of cars.

The main reservation of the municipality, however, was that the planned project is located in the territory with the proposed public benefit building: « The scope of the currently cannot be determined, but the territorial reserve must be maintained for future trouble -free project preparation and allowing process or implementation itself. »
