Dmitry Kysilevsky informed that he was preparing a deputy’s request on the initiative of DOT to the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense, and law enforcement agencies.

DOT called this statement manipulative, noting that the market analysis is permanent for all positions both in Ukraine and abroad. This allows you to objectively evaluate proposals and take into account real market conditions.

Despite the fact that the localization resolution has not yet been adopted, DOT has applied criteria for the mandatory country of origin of the goods – Ukraine.

« The request for the offering of commercial proposals is not a change in the purchasing strategy of DOT. This is a standard part of the analytical work for market assessment » – noted in DOT and called on Ukrainian producers to actively participate in tenders and provide fair prices for products for the needs of the Armed Forces.
