Why Document Document: « Fighter » publishes a new video from the police in Velingrad

« This video is important because it becomes clear what the case is, » the BOEC explains, saying that this is a citizen’s complaint to be complained about stolen belongings – deer horns from her home. She found that they were in a local establishment in Velingrad and calling police. Policeman Borikov arrives on the spot, the organization explains. The owner of the restaurant returns the belongings of the citizen and points out who he bought them as a factual indicated the perpetrator of the theft, the BOEC added.

According to the organization, two years later, this perpetrator is at large, no action has been taken against him, and therefore the woman filed a complaint with the Pazardzhik Regional Police Directorate, where an inspection against Borikov was instituted.

The video from the security camera in the cabinet shows how Commissioner Ivo Takuchev from Pazardzhik arrives in Velingrad (his name and the fact that he is an employee of the police in Pazardzhik are indicated by BOP – ed.), To whom the inspection was probably entrusted. Takuchev is named by « fighter » as one of the people who attend the recorded meeting. He enters Borikov’s office and informs him what he is talking about by giving him the complaint.

« I tell you things one -to -one, we are men, we know each other. I am uncomfortable, I tell you again, and we are here, but … », said the man identified by a « fighter » like Takuchev. Another person was present during the meeting who was not mentioned by name by the organization. While Borikov and Takuchev have a conversation, the third man talks on the phone.

The BOEC announces that other personnel are yet to be published, which show a series of crimes from both Borikov and other Ministry of Interior officials in order to conceal crimes and specific perpetrators.

The announcement to the first part of the video from the BOEC announced that it was found in the archive of Petio Petrov-Euro, but there is no official information on whether this is the case, for what reason it was part of the archive and what is the connection of the former investigator and mainly actor from the « eight dwarves » with the specific case.
