Who is the elegant brunet? His body was abandoned on the road in Pomerania

The identity of the deceased remained a mystery. He was a brunet. He was about 45-50 years old. There were traces of the seams on the forehead and chin. He had no documents with him. His clothing aroused interest. Very elegant.
He was wearing a black jacket fastened with two buttons, a burgundy shirt and dark green pants. And all this made of good quality materials. He had a yellow Seiko watch with a metal bracelet. On the legs-leather red-brown loafers with metal clamps and an orthopedic support, which was to level the short leg.
In a frozen hand, he was holding a black scarf with metal fittings. A Italian tie was found next to it, a comb of Russian production, a braided string and tinted glasses in a metal yellow frame. One slide was stamped, there were traces of blood on the other.

Who is NN?
It is not known who the victim was. It is not known why he died. The matter was hindered by the fact that the tragic night rain blurred traces.
None of the surrounding people knew a mysterious man. Some associated an elegant gentleman, but there was no certainty that it was dead.
An employee of a bistro, several dozen kilometers away from the macabre place of discovery, mentioned that she saw an elegant man who ordered coffee and a meal. He was to distribute some goods around Poland. He was rather alone. He had a wedding ring. He looked « cultural, calm and wealthy. »
The woman saw him a few hours before the death of a man from the well. She explained that that day he was accompanied by another man with a mustache. He did not take, as usual, he did not take take -out coffee.
After showing the corpse, the woman denied that it was the same person.
There were also other clues. But none of them confirmed. None led to the explanation of this gruesome puzzle. The case was discontinued in September 1994.
The man was buried as NN in a nearby cemetery.
Archive X is working on the murder case
Policemen suspected that the killed man could not come from Poland. It was suspected that he could fall victim to the accounts.
In 2015, the Archives of the 10th Provincial Police Headquarters in Gdańsk returned to the case. Lost databases were checked, but this did not bring the solution. Personal items of the DNA were examined again.
