Who in the ranking of the largest employers of Ukraine
Opndanbot formed the rating of the largest employers in 2025, based on the State Statistics Service and Financial Reporting of Enterprises.

The largest employer of Ukraine has been 4 years in a row « Ukrzaliznytsia« : 178 616 employees. However, a year, the company has lost more than 9,000 employees – the staff has decreased by almost 5%. In total, since the start of the full -scale war, the company’s staff has decreased by 54,000 employees.
In the second step was « ATB Market« : 46 084 employees. During the year the company grew up by almost 2,000 employees.
The company closes Gas distribution networks of Ukraine – 37 714 employees. Over the past year, the company has been able to increase the staff by 4.2 thousand employees.
The ten largest employers also included trade networks, logistics companies, energy giants and state structures. Among them are familiar to all ”UkrPoshta« (31 739 employees), Silpo (31 366), “Nova Poshta” (27 509), By “energy” (27 352), « Forests of Ukraine » (23 717), « Ukrnafta« (18 926) and »Ukrgasvydobuvannya« (17 317).
The gas distribution networks of Ukraine and the Forests of Ukraine broke into the top for the first time.
Only four companies reduced the staff last year. The most lost leader – Ukrzaliznytsia. UkrPoshta also reduced the number of employees by more than 3 thousand, « Energoatom » – by 1.8 thousand, and « forests of Ukraine » – by 20% (more than 6 thousand jobs).
At the same time, other companies are expanding. Most of all – gas distribution networks of Ukraine: +12.5%. Silpo (+4.9%), ATB (+4.5%), Nova Poshta (+4.5%), Ukrnafta (+3.2%) and Ukrgasvydobing (+2.9%) were also actively increasing their teams.
The report also states that there are companies that have not got to the top, but have a good increase in the number of workers. Thus, the Aurora Network has increased the staff four times from 3 to more than 12,000 employees during a full -scale war.
McDonald’s has increased by only 0.2% and has not yet recovered to pre -war employees, as well as most companies.
