Who dies – the system or the people?
The question is whether the system spoils people or people spoil the system. During the blame after the tragedy in Kocani, the question of who has died to kill hundreds of young lives. As with any accident in Macedonia, for this in Kocani, the public temperature rapidly plunged, hurriedly, through rhetorical and legal prosecutors’ labyrinths, the government has been selected, both the system and the people responsible for the lost lives have been saved. Any miracle in three days, says the folk saying, although over forty days have passed. Only for the pain of parents and loved ones there is no day and there is no measure.
Nothing new, nothing that will surprise the people or shake the government. It was also in socialism, worse in the Macedonian cruel imitate of capitalism, where responsibility is stabbed in a hundred ways. Nothing in that sense has changed in multiple partyism, no matter which party (or is) power over the past thirty years. There is almost no difference in the behavior of any state or party leader.

For more than three decades since independence, the state has not passed the exam of adulthood nor is it withstanding the democratic test of time. Macedonia is suffering from the set political system and people in charge of correcting and implementing it. Instead of developing and stability, the system itself produces a series of ambiguities, distracting, misunderstandings, confrontations and conflict situations. After all important questions. As much as the blame can be sought and found in the inability of political leaders, so is the influence of bad, misconduct, vague and conflicting political and social, legislative and executive system. Even where the system is clear, people strive to smash the water around it.
Fleeing from the old Communist-Socialist, keeping it not to leave a legacy, Macedonia created a worse variant of a state management system. Build a boat that cannot find a peaceful port in the stunning shallow domestic waters and in the hectic international.
How to explain the problems that have been dragged for years. How to explain the situations that we have not built a rule of law for thirty -five years, which instead of politicians adhering to the laws, the laws are afraid of politicians. There is no state in the world that has produced so many laws for three decades, which cannot be counted. There are laws, there is no justice. Tony wasted paper in the legislature, empty straw in court barns, a ceilfonia in judgments.
Almost every law gives a dozen interpretations, there is no law that is not contradictory to itself and whose implementation does not depend on what writes in it but on the will of the parties and their main actors. Until recently, practice was applied when leaders agreed on how to get three legs in one shoe. And from that shoe, the laws were born in the Club of MPs, with such a shoe elected judges, prosecutors, from the lowest to the highest.
As, which motives can explain the fact that after thirty years and decades of parliamentary election cycles, the electoral model is not fixed and its amendment is required. What is the case: the bad model or desires of individuals from the parties? As it is known, in democratic countries the parties adapt to the model, not the model’s wishes.
The Republic of Macedonia is a field for non -cultural match between the parties. Megdan are national, international, ideological, inter -party, mutual, interpersonal divisions. Brother brother does not wound, but the party feeds one, the other stares. The state for those in power is a mother, for those who are not a stepmother.
The two largest Macedonian parties, although known enough, turned political relations into a front and battlefield. Their long -term match in provocations and insults, of mutual hatred, to the detriment of national and state interests, at some key moments has shown a far more dangerous element than the intentions of external enemies. The neolympic discipline « which will spit away and frustrate » is a favorite on both sides.
For three decades, both call for national unity, including party presidents of the state, but only as a political slogan, not as a real need. Instead of unity, the gap of misunderstandings is expanding, citizens are losing confidence in the success of the system and its institutions, the popularity of the leaders is low despite all the personal praises of the achievements they have made.
Inter-party unpaid bills, which real, fictional and deliberately forced, are the cancer of the Macedonian tissue, they are the virus that is raised, which does not allow him to raise the head of Macedonian society. Their coalition partner, formerly DUI, is now in favor, peacefully monitoring the situation, meekly resolves its national, party and private issues and problems and diplomatically contributes to gradual blaming, reducing political power and influencing the electoral constituency of the two Macedonian parties.
« Epic Size » crimes are melted like Shara’s spring snow. Corruption blooms in all four seasons, there is no winter for her. Prisons hold minor criminals and poor people who cannot pay lawyers or bribe judges and prosecutors. The big fish from the murky waters of crime are never left in the dry. The system or people in it make it possible.
The system of state is like the system of the human body. To be healthy, all its parts need to function normally and to perform its function. If one system cancels, everyone else feels the problem. The political system is not only the laws and regulations but also people and if they do not contribute jointly, state problems arise. Not only administrative but politically and social than wider dimensions. And no one is guilty. One shifts the blame on the other and so on. The dust will be raised and hastily descends (as it descends in the Kocani case), and as a rule, it is drawn by small, ordinary people.
