The family of Paweł, a young fireman from Biały Dunajec, demands truth and justice. The young fireman died after a fight at a party in a fire station. The relatives want to know what happened a tragic night. They want to defend the dignity of the loved one, which cannot defend himself. They don’t believe in an accident. 9 months have passed since the death of the 25-year-old, and the investigation is still going on in the case. Nobody heard the allegations.
White Dunajec. The tragic death of a fireman
Paweł was a volunteer in OSP Biały Dunajec. He had helped victims many times in accidents and fires. He took part in search actions. He lived near the firehouse, to which he was the first to hurry when the sirens were heard.
With the same firehouse on the night of August 1-2, 2024, a terrible discovery was made. It was Paweł’s mother and his sister who saw that legs were protruding from the bushes. It was Paweł. He was lying on his side, on a healthy part of the head. On the other hand, blood was pouring. He was breathing hard. – This is not done with the dog – told the journalist’s attention to TVN’s mother, the mother of the young fireman, Mrs. Anna.
The young fireman was critical of the hospital. He had extensive head injuries, damaged internal organs, a broken hand. His condition did not improve for a moment. After a few days, despite the efforts of doctors, the 25-year-old died.
Paweł came out with injuries, with a broken left hand. In the casket you can see how fractured it was, near the wrist, bent. He had a swollen head and a broken skull. What did he get? Did he get off? Can I get out, will my skull burst and break my hand? I don’t believe he has fallen so unfortunately. Such misfortunes do not walk on people

What happened in the firehouse? The investigation continues
The tragic night Paweł spent time with his friends in the fire station. It all started there and everything ended with her. Four firefighters met in the firehouse. They were to prepare cars for a parish indulgence. There was alcohol.
A quarrels fulfilled between the 25-year-old and one of the firefighters, the elderly. He said Onetthe older firefighter stated Paweł with strong blows in the head several times.
The case is being carried out by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Zakopane. The proceedings are pending in the case. Nobody heard the allegations. Investigators have a recording from a fight. It is not for them, as Onet pointed out, « strong proof ».
The Zakopane prosecutor’s office determined that the cause of Paweł’s death was the « hematoma of the brain. » Investigators, however, did not determine how the injury occurred. A hypothesis of an accident appeared. According to her, the 25-year-old would fall and hit his head on the stone. Ultimately, as Onet pointed out, she fell. The expert decided it was unbelievable.
It is so that we can not simply see this recording of the firehouse and draw conclusions, but it must be done by an authorized expert. And we applied for such an opinion. She should be ready many weeks ago, but the expert continued to introduce us to us. We have to wait for the finale of his work. Only by receiving his opinion will we be able to continue to act. Depending on what is in the opinion from an expert in the field of video records, we will ask for another opinion of pathologists from the Department of Forensic Medicine
