The images sent by readers show the restrictions caused by Korona, such as the Uusimaa closure, the use of face masks and the disabled benches.

For some, the pandemic time may also have been a happy time when it has been possible to spend more time at home due to teleworking. The pictures show, among other things, remote schooling and creative telecommuting stations.

Järvenpää's Prisma Bread Department was shocking in the evening on March 12, 2020. For example, the shelves of pasta and toilet paper had also clearly emptied, according to Päivi Turtia, who took the picture.

Pekka Ahonen returned with his mother (left) from Thailand on 14 March. The fabric masks sewn by Teija Häkkinen himself dried up after washing in December 2020. Häkkinen also sewed masks to his son. « I was moving to work by public transport and the use of masks was mandatory, » he says.

In the restaurant of Helsinki, the « coronies » were used to mark the seating distances allowed. During the corona, teddy bears were also seen in many windows. A picture of the restaurant is from August 2021.

The samplers waited for the airplane to land to test passengers at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport in January 2021. « They came there, and from there people were directed very quickly, » he describes.
