Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to the « Unexposed » show on MCN TV, has provided details of the « war » hours between Erion Veliaj from prison and Edi Rama for controlling the Municipality of Tirana.

“Last night at 23:50 minutes a letter arrived and it seemed unbelievable, it took me time to confirm, a letter with Veliaj's signature and stamp. In that letter, Mr. Veliaj commanded Sara Goxhaj, former cabinet chief and removed Anuela Ristan.

Sara Goxhaj, until a few days ago, was not vice president and the law stipulates that the president's powers can only be passed on to the vice president. So there were two orders. It was the vacant place and with the appointment of Goxhaj vice president he commanded him in office.

The moment Rama was informed, he immediately went to the Municipality of Tirana and the first question was, is it legal. Alban Dokushi said it was a lawful order. This is where the debate between Rama and Veliaj's trustees has begun. Mr. Rama has demanded the resignation of Mr. Dokushi, saying returning as a legal director, Dokushi has refused and Rama said the Veliaj letter was not protocoled.

There has been a tense situation in the municipality. Mr. Rama, in the information I have, has been re -emphasized by the new documents for returning to the task of Anuela Ristani and the removal of some municipality officials.
