When Belval's blast furnaces suddenly stand in Junglinster

Don't worry, the community of Junglinster does not become the next iron metropolis of Luxembourg. But until Sunday at 5 p.m., interested parties can discover the fascination of this past era in the Center Polyvalent « Gaston Stein » in Rue Emile Nilles in the detailed replica of the blast furnaces from Belval by Jean-Claude Weber. As every year, the Modellbahnfreunde Junglinster will again organize their exhibition « Model Train Luxembourg » and invited them to their home town on the first weekend in March.

Weber's imposant Belval replica on a scale of 1:87, which is already in « Luxembourg word » has been presented, only one of the numerous highlights of the exhibition. The Ellange train station also made it as a lovingly designed section of Alain Cape to Junglinster. There are a total of 27 plants from Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Switzerland.

Those who have a taste for the moving mines can inaugurate or expand their own fleet from numerous specialist dealers.
