- illness on the day of the exam;
- death of relatives by blood or marriage no earlier than seven days before NMT;
- other force majeure;
- Participation in international, all -Ukrainian events (competitions, competitions, tournaments, etc.), which consider official activities of the Ministry of Education and Science, MKIP or Ministry of Youth and Sports, or preparations for them, as well as stay in places of their holding, confirming the relevant documents.
In this case, those who want to make NMT Within three working days From the date of testing, they must apply for an additional session to the Regional Center for Educational Quality Assessment. In addition, they must provide a document confirming the valid reasons for the testing during the main session.
In this statement, the NMT participant may change the place of passing the exam by choosing the right settlement in Ukraine or abroad.

The application can be submitted:
- by mail for taking into account the time required to deliver documents;
- e -mail;
- personally or through an authorized person.
In addition, the exam during the additional session may be the participants who have started passing the NMT during the main period, but could not complete passing the exam through:
- a sharp deterioration of health;
- occurrence at the examination center of circumstances that could pose a threat to the life and health of NMT participants;
- Premature termination of NMT because of the inability to create the right conditions for its conduct.
