What is incolescence and how many murders have already been

The high-profile Netflix adolescence series accompanies the story of a 13-year-old boy who commits a brutal murder of a peer, and at the same time illuminates the life of his peers growing up in a social environment imbued with the ideasmanosphere). Particularly concerned is the ideology of incest – an online subculture that combines self -proclaimed « involuntary celibia » and often reproduces hostile attitudes towards women.

Incels – men who claim to be taken away – build a dangerous online subculture imbued with misogyism, hatred of women and worship of mass murderers. They believe that women owe them love and sexuality and blame them for all their failures. The forums are spreading ideas about « revenge », praising the attackers who killed the girls, and recognize themselves in the killer manifestation of Elliot Rodger, who killed six people in the ‘war against women’ in 2014.

On behalf of the incel ideology, more than 100 people have already been killed worldwide – victims are almost exclusively women. Some incels believe they have the right to women’s bodies. Others want death. One of them stabbed three girls in the UK in the Taylor Swift dance course, the other in Canada nine women by car. Even a 13-year-old in Serbia became the hero of incel forums after shooting seven classmates.

All this raises a number of challenging questions that have no clear answers to parents, nor the school system or experts in the field of mental health, education or social science.

We looked at how many cases of murders that teenagers have committed in the last decade from misogy tiltings, were recorded how much nearby and what the ideology of incolescence really means – where it spreads, what psychological and social circumstances encourage it, and what consequences it can have for a wider society.
