What is Christian Eriksen doing now? Mysterious companies appear in his name

As summer is approaching, and contracts in the football world enter their final phase, one of Denmark’s biggest profiles is facing one of the most crucial transitions of the career.

Christian Eriksen has not far again as Manchester United player, and the future as a professional footballer is currently emerging in more uncertain lines than before in his career.

In the midst of uncertainty, however, the 33-year-old midfielder has put new ships in the lake on homely grounds. Two companies based in Odense have appeared in the Danish Business Register, and behind both of them stands Christian Eriksen as owner.

The two companies – CE1992 ApS and A & A2025 Ejendomme ApS – have been created for widely different purposes. One focuses on investments in shares and shares, while the other deals with real estate. Common to both companies is that lawyer and adviser Christian Alexander Geertsen is registered as director.

The step into business comes at the same time that Eriksen himself has toned down expectations down to an extension with the English big club.

« The intention is not to stay in England, » he said from him during a national team collection recently. He also emphasized that the United States is not a destination that draws in the family.

« We want to stay in Europe, but it is too early to go home to Denmark. »

Whether the new companies are announcing an imminent career break is too early to say. But it is clear that Eriksen has opened the door to a new phase, which has currently an address in Odense and perhaps points to a life outside the chalk lines.
