Interim President Ilie Bolojan is convinced that Romania will not reach a situation to cancel a presidential election for the second time, and about the annulment of the decision issued by the Ploieşti Court of Appeal says that « not to bring things to the justice system in a normal logic ».

Bolojan was asked on Saturday on Prima TV, if Romania risks canceling the presidential elections scheduled in May.

« Certainly no. There is no reason so far to put such a problem. But, indeed, this decision of the judge at the Court of Appeal in Ploiesti was of nature … not to suspend the electoral procedure, but it is clear that it was generating unnecessary discussions. Vision, ”said Ilie Bolojan.

It is convinced that « the order in a country is, however, also maintained by the respect of the laws, providing the constitution of the respective country, because, however, the Constitutional Court, with all its imperfections, with all the criticisms that we can bring, with all the discussions about the fact that a decision was better or worse, has a certain position ».

According to the interim president ”to challenge a certain hierarchy of laws, it actually means to challenge the rules”.

« Always between anarchy, because we reach this if nothing is respected, and an imperfect order is always the imperfect order. Until you see what the effects of an anarchy, of some things that can no longer be controlled, do not appreciate what the order means, » said the interim president, adding that the decision of the court. The system of justice in a normal logic ”.

Bolojan said that, although all the similar processes in the role of all the courts will have the same result, the decision of the Ploiist Court of Appeal had a subsidiary effect: « to create some electoral disturbances. »

Ilie Bolojan does not consider that he violated the Constitution when he displayed in the election campaign along with the candidate of the « Romania before » alliance, Crin Antonescu, who stating that « the man Ilie Bolojan has the right to an option ».

« I have never violated it and I have never been a hypocrite since I was in politics, for 20 years. Why?
