What fines Romania TV has taken
The National Audiovisual Council has sanctioned with fines in the amount of 40,000 lei Romania TV.
According to a statement of the CNA, transmitted on Wednesday AGERPRES, met in public meeting, the Council analyzed the reports drawn up by the Monitoring Directorate as a result of the notifications received and decided to apply the following sanctions:
* fine of 30,000 lei to the Romanian TV station for violating the provisions of art. 3 para. (2) of the Audiovisual Law no. 504/2002 of the Code of regulation of the audiovisual content in the shows: « Romania TV »; « Exclusive »; « Romania sees you »; « The climax »; « Story Romania ».
The CNA mentions that among the titles displayed were: « Scandal at the door of the Soroșist Bolojan for the Senate batteries »; « The Soroşist Bolojan makes dismissions with the protests at the door »; « The Soroşist state actor who finances Nicușor »; « The evidence of the matrapazlas made by Crin Antonescu »; « Bolojan’s connections with the Soros network »; « Bolojan in the investigation of corruption made by the US »; « Operation ‘Bolojan president’, high level betrayal ».
* Fine of 5,000 lei to Romania TV, for « Romania TV » and « Romania sees you ».
During these shows, a video was broadcast in which photos were inserted with Victor Ponta and Călin Georgescu, without taking into account the provisions of art. 139 of the Audiovisual Code, according to which « advertising, positive or negative, in connection with political parties, politicians, political messages is forbidden, except for the periods of election campaign ».
Displayed titles: « The song-manifest that conquered Romania »; « The winner of the Romanians have talent, viral with a manifest song »;
* Fine of 5,000 lei to Romania TV for non -observance of the provisions of art. 64 para. (1) letter. b) from the Audiovisual Code, at the broadcast of the show « Romania sees you ». Titles: « The investigation of the money siphoned through Romania in war »; « The propaganda Iohannisto-Soroșist is desperate. »
In the same meeting, finding the violation of the provisions of art. 3 para. (2) of the Audiovisual Law, the Council decided to issue decisions regarding the order to act against an illegal content for audiovisual materials with various titles and inserted sound backgrounds, in which Crin Antonescu appears at a rally in Cluj-Napoca.
The materials were identified on the application and social network for creating Tiktok videos, profiles: Greek Gods8, Calientixx, Achim.Ioan Nelutu A. Irimie, Rever55 Tobias, Robert.Gi Robert, as well as on the video sharing platform generated by Facebook users, profiles: Daniel Marcel, Maftei Constantin, Lucian Ramona Mugur Serdean.
The Council also decided to issue decisions regarding the order to act against an illegal content for audiovisual materials that do not comply with the legal provisions regarding the correct information of the public (art. 3 paragraph (2) of the audiovisual law) identified on:
Tiktok network, profiles:
1) Ioana – Ioana0686, the material entitled « What Radu Tudor says about the decision to bring accusations against Călin Georgescu »;
2) Consuelo Flory – « Călin Georgescu will be the President of Romania! Listen carefully to the end »;
3) Luminita Dima – « This is waiting for you those who shouted » Ukraine « » Bravo CCR « you have no idea what you are in and what awaits you … »
4) Marioantonio – texts displayed: « Marian Enache has been self -denounced says that he had no evidence in the annulment of the elections! Why not arrested ????? »; « He also says he has canceled the choices to order the SRI. What? What do you want more than that? »;
Facebook network, profiles:
1) Daniela Danila – a video about the political ascension of the candidate in the presidential elections Victor Ponta.
