What determines the success of Lithuania’s richest?

– What research did you do, what kind of and what did you look for?

– We conducted an investigation where we interviewed the richest persons of Lithuania whose assets exceeded 30 million. euros. We interviewed 11 such persons who agreed to participate in the study. We got very interesting conclusions.

– Some will say that it is very small to take the study. Say how many people in Lithuania are there?

– There are 220 such individuals in Lithuania.

– Every 20 agreed to participate in the study.

– Yes.

– What surprised you? You say interesting conclusions.

– The conclusions were surprised because a person who wants to make a relationship must be interesting. You can’t be simple, you have to pay and want to access.

– Yes.

– The human qualities really determine much.

– This is certainly the case – self -confidence, ability to talk, participation in various organizations.

– Some people try to copy that recipe for success, engaged in the same hobbies – hunting, golf in their spare time. But when communicating, it feels like this is fake. Where is that certainty factor?

– The certainty in that is. You must want to participate in activities as you mentioned – hunting or golf. This is the leisure time of the rich. If you want to be alone, you have to attend it.

– What other useful hobbies have stood out in your study?

– Maybe not only hobbies, but at the same time that education and ability to communicate. They were emphasized participation in the university and constant learning. Must be an interesting person.

– In other words, there must be a wide range of horizons.

– Yes.

– Probably everyone acknowledged that learning is also one of the essential things.

– Definitely so. One of their main conclusions was that the university was like a blacksmith.

– What places are still important for success without university? Where are important dating?

– You have to participate in places where they choose. If you want to have Startupmust attend startups in the world, conferences, and go to various exhibitions.

– Definitely not.

– Even having a luxury car lifts towards them.

– Were there women surveyed or only men?

– Yes, it was.

– What did they mention? Also golf and hunting?

– Women mentioned charities that they had to participate and give something good to those around them. With financial success there are many such negative consequences: loneliness, distrust of others. Financial losses come with financial success.

– People who achieve such goals very often have a high level of ambition. Then it is difficult to with yourself because ambition always leads to success but never allows you to stop.

– Yes, of course.

– The reputation was also mentioned as one of the main things to the person’s qualities. If you do not have a reputation, it is likely that you will not be able to attend events where the rich are attending. You may not be able to get funding or some unique offers.

– Wealthy people come in two types. Some have no social networks on Facebook, Instagram, others show each of their car and clock. What did your study show when we talk about social networks and communication there?

– This was what they showed that they had and uses their news. At the same time, to attract followers to follow them even more. Others, unfortunately, use more personal purposes and do not allow strangers.

– What can a rich person give Instagram followers or Facebook likes to his car?

– 11 people agreed to participate in the study. How many disagreed?

– We invited all those 220 people. We received the answers that they did not have the time, some – we did not get. This is perfectly normal.
