Weather: Now the heat comes
Summer picks up speed. After a transition day today, it should get really hot from tomorrow in Hesse, as the German Weather Service predicts.
There are still some cloud fields in the north on Wednesday, otherwise it will be largely sunny and it stays dry. A weak wind blows. The daily maximum temperatures are between 19 and 25 degrees. It should be the warmest on the Rhine.
On Thursday it really feels summer after summer: « Very warm to hot at the highest maximum temperatures between 26 and 31 degrees, » says the German Weather Service. The maximum value is 23 degrees in high layers. The wind continues to blow weakly.
On Friday it goes on like this: sunny, free of precipitation, light wind. But then it becomes warm. The maximum values are between 29 and 33 degrees, in high layers by 26 degrees.
The clouds are increasing from the west on Saturday. The DWD predicts Schauer with partly strong thunderstorms including heavy rain and gusts of wind: risk of storm. It gets humid again and hot with temperatures between 29 and 34 degrees.
