Weather: Heat and African dust on Saturday – changes the scene from Sunday

Warm will be the weather Today on Saturday in most parts of the country, with meteorological conditions favoring the transport of African dust. The scene changes dramatically from tomorrow afternoon.

According to the EMY prognosis, sparse clouds will be formed, locally and at times denser. Local rains and isolated thunderstorms will occur in Macedonia, the mountains of Epirus, Thessaly and Thrace. The evening phenomena in Thessaly and Thrace will stop.

The winds will blow from southern directions 4 to 5 and in the southern seas local 6, temporary 7 beaufort with gradual weakening from the evening. Gradually in the west and north they will turn to northern addresses of up to 5 beaufort.

The temperature will rise slightly in central and south and will be high for the season. It will reach their continents 30 to 32 and 33 points in the Dodecanese 31 to 33 points, in the rest of the island country 28 to 30 degrees Celsius and locally 34 to 35 degrees.

MACEDONIA, THRAKI

Weather: In Macedonia a few clouds that will increase in the early days, so local rains will occur and in the mountains will develop individual storms. In Thrace, sparse clouds temporarily denser in the midday – afternoon with local rains or isolated thunderstorms in the mountains.

Winds: Variable 3 to 4 beaufort, temporary at noon southeast hours and at night from northern directions with the same intensity.

Temperature: from 13 to 30 degrees Celsius. In Western Macedonia 2 to 3 degrees lower.

Ionian Islands, Epirus, Western Solid, Western Peloponnese

Weather: Sparse clouds that from noon in Epirus and late in the afternoon in the rest of the areas will thicken, so local rains will occur mainly in the north. Individual thunderstorms will occur from noon in the mountains of Epirus from noon.

WINDS: Originally from east addresses 4 to 5 beaufort in the north and southern addresses 5 to 6 beaufort to the south. Gradually and from the north they will turn to northwest 3 to 5 beaufort.

Temperature: from 16 to 28 to 29 and locally on the continents 30 to 32 degrees Celsius. Inside the continent 3 to 4 degrees lower.

EASTERN Solid, EVIA, EASTERN PELOPONNESE

Weather: Generally cloudy with sparse clouds in places and at times denser.

Winds: from south addresses 4 to 5 and south local 6, temporary to 7 beaufort. Gradually fading from the evening hours.

Temperature: From 15 to 31 to 32 and locally 33 degrees Celsius.

CRETE, CRETE

Weather: Generally cloudy, with sparse clouds in places and at times denser.

WINDS: From southern addresses 4 to 6 and locally in northern Crete to 7 beaufort. Gradually fading from the evening hours.

Temperature: From 19 to 29 to 30 and in northern Crete locally 34 to 35 degrees Celsius.

EAST ISLANDS – DODECANESEA

Weather: Generally cloudy, with sparse clouds in places and at times.

Winds: From southern addresses 4 to 5 beaufort.

Temperature: From 18 to 29 to 30 degrees and in the Dodecanese up to 31 to 33 degrees Celsius.

THESSALY

Weather: Sparse clouds in places and at times denser. Individual storms are likely to occur in the midday – afternoon hours in the mountains of Thessaly.

Winds: East southeast 3 to 4 and in Sporades up to 5 beaufort. In the evening they will turn to northwest with the same intensity.

Temperature: from 14 to 31 to 32 degrees Celsius.

ATTICA

Weather: Generally cloudy with sparse clouds temporarily denser in the evening.

Winds: from southern addresses 3 to 5 beaufort.

Temperature: from 16 to 30 degrees Celsius.

Thessaloniki

Weather: Sparse clouds transiently denser. Individual storms are likely to occur in the midday – afternoon hours in the surrounding mountains.

Winds: Variable 3 to 4 beaufort and temporary in the midday – afternoon south hours with the same intensity. In the evening they will turn to northwest and gradually reinforced.

Temperature: from 16 to 28 degrees Celsius.

The weather on Sunday

Change of weather is expected in the west, central and northern and gradually across the country with rains and sporadic thunderstorms. The phenomena will probably be locally strong from the afternoon in Central, Thessaly, Sporades and Macedonia and from the evening hours and in the Thrace region.

In the rest of the country transiently increased clouds with local rains and isolated thunderstorms.

In the evening west are expected to improve the weather.

Meteorological conditions favor the transfer of African dust mainly to the east and south.

The winds to the west and north will blow north -northwest 4 to 6 and in the Ionian local 7 beaufort. In the rest of the regions they will blow from southern addresses 4 to 5 and in the Aegean locally 6 to 7 beaufort.

The temperature will drop mainly to the west, central and north. It will reach 25 to 27 points, in the central and north of 28 to 30, in their eastern island country 27 to 28 and locally 29 to 30 and in Crete 30 to 33 and locally 34 degrees Celsius.

The weather on Monday

In central and eastern Macedonia, Thrace and the islands of the Eastern Aegean rains and sporadic thunderstorms, probably in places strong until noon. In the rest of the country, temporarily increased clouds with local rains, mainly on the eastern continents and the Cyclades.

The winds will blow west northwest 4 to 6 and in the west and southern seas local 7 beaufort.

Temperature will drop across the country.

The weather on Tuesday

In eastern Macedonia, Thrace and the northeast island country clouds with local rains until afternoon. In the rest of the areas a few clouds, transiently increased, mainly in the midday and afternoon hours on the continents where, mainly in the mountains, there will be local rains or rainstorms.

The winds will blow west northwest 4 to 5 and locally 6 beaufort.

The temperature will not note a significant change.
