Kamil Walczak, a synoptician of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management, explained how the latest weather models for the holiday weekend are present. What conditions should we be prepared for?

As announced by the expert, the upcoming holidays promise to be warm, though not as warm as Wednesday and Thursday. In these days, in many places in the country there may be a temperature of up to 27-28 degrees Celsius. At the weekend, minimal cooling should be expected, especially on Saturday, in west of Poland. In other regions, above 20 degrees Celsius is forecast.
In which regions of Poland will be the warmest on holidays?
On Saturday, the western voivodships will already be found in a cooler mass of air behind the atmospheric front. However, the atmospheric front will be over eastern Poland, which is why we can expect a slightly warmer aura. In the west, at the warmest moment of the day, thermometers will show around 15-16 degrees Celsius.
Over the next two days in the east of the country, temperatures will be up to 22-23 degrees Celsius. The situation on Sunday and Monday will look slightly different, because in the whole country we can expect temperatures at the level of up to 23-24 degrees. It will be slightly colder in the north (17-18 degrees Celsius), and the coldest Sunday and Monday promises to be at the seaside.
The wind direction will change to the north, so we will blow from the cold. At this time of year, the Baltic Sea and temperature in many places will not exceed 10-12 degrees. But here we are talking about these areas at the sea, in the shore zone
