We plan to take prices measures, we will act if there is unprincipled behavior of traders, Mickoski announced
Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski says the situation with prices is being monitored and announces that measures will be taken if there are unprincipled behaviors by traders.
– I absolutely follow the situation with prices, I said that I will not tolerate tricks, we closely follow what is happening in the markets and of course if there are certain unprecedented behaviors that I call tricks. Otherwise we plan to take measures that will be introduced to the public in a timely manner – Mickoski said to a journalist question in the presence of the event « From Niva to Table » in the Municipality of Aerodrom.
He announced that the government would consider the state market inspectorate that it drafted for prices after the government’s measures ended after which it would come out with the public.
Mickoski, commenting on rising prices in markets and markets, including cherries, said their price is high due to weather conditions, noting that it expects the same to happen with apples.
– Their price is not 500 denars, but from 200 to 300 denars per kilogram, but that is a lot. This is because of the cold, what was an elemental disaster for the cherries, the same affected the Resen Apple, although this year we expected a great gender there, unfortunately, that would not happen, would be halved, if not three times due to several weeks when there were low darknesses. The offer at the table is rare, I expect the same to happen with the apples when the order comes – said Mickoski.
