According to our interlocutor from the top of the Government, the Minister of Defense Ivan Anusic, head of the MUP Davor Bozinovic, Foreign Minister Gordan Grlic Radman, General Staff of the Armed Forces and other Prime Minister close associates were present at the meeting.

The topic of the meeting was the finalization of three documents, the defense strategy for the next period, the long -term plan of development of the Armed Forces and the amendments to the Defense Act, which introduces fundamentally military training.

The first two documents were updated and adapted to new events in the world, received the affection of all present at the meeting and will be sent to President Zoran Milanovic in a very short time. These two documents are the assumption for the convening of the session of the Defense Council, which is convened by the premiere of the Prime Minister and the President.

We also learn that the third document, amendments to the Defense Act, is over. More specifically at the meeting, it was agreed that a few more technical little things would be brought to the implementation of the implementation of the basic military training itself. As we learn, some things about serving civilian military service need to be reversed, to all those who do not want to do military.

As we learn from the Government’s interlocutor, the document should be in public consultation in 6 months, in 7 months it should be the first reading in the Croatian Parliament, after the summer break in 9 months it should be a second reading, and only the voter amendments to the law should come to the 10th month. This document should also go to the Company at the Commander -in -Chief and President Milanovic.
