We do not plan to introduce a state of emergency and international experts, says Mickoski
Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski announced tonight that a state of emergency is not planned for now and do not plan to include international experts in the investigation into the tragic accident in Kocani.
« We can finish it ourselves, » Mickoski said in the government, answering a journalist question.
Asked about the moral dimension, the prime minister stressed that he as a man always exists and that there is no dilemma here.
– Neither should you have a dilemma. For eight months, I have been working for nine months as much as I can to defeat this corrupt system and I have no dilemma here. Should one feel moral responsibility? Yes, we should all feel moral responsibility. Do I only need to feel, if needed here and I accept it, let the whole moral responsibility be on me, but first I will defeat this system, ie it will be right. That is, all that we are starting today will bear fruit, and then there is no more court than the court of the people in the elections that should say whether and who should bear moral responsibility – said Mickoski. He added that as prime minister he would do everything in his power first, as he said, a criminal political bullshit that destroyed us all this time and to defeat their lacquers, and then we can talk about everything else.
He informs that so far we receive international assistance in the part of the injured. About 47 have been transferred to Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Turkey. Some of these countries have sent a message that they are expanding their accommodation and are ready to receive. Croatia, Austria and the Netherlands were also offered.
The prime minister informed that he had talked today with almost all European politicians. He expressed gratitude to the institutions, health workers, MoI, prosecutors and all other authorities for their rapid mobilization and reaction.
Responding to a journalist question, Mickoski said he would not comment on prosecutors and judges' decisions. According to him, the public will very carefully monitor the developments and this case. He pointed out that more than 20 people were detained or brought to a prosecutor for questioning and announced that « many more things that are truly disastrous and alarming will come out. »
« The fact that someone has forged licenses for money is the smallest problem, » said the prime minister, who does not believe this is the only case. According to him, such cases are hundreds or thousands.
