At the Media House, we upgraded the Delo and Slovenske novice app. All of you who like to listen to podcasts will most enjoy the new platforms that we have won among the first in Slovenia.
What is it about? Delo and Slovenske novice apps are now integrated into the Apple Carplay and Android Auto automotive systems, which are available for most newer car models. This means you will be on the screen of your infotainment The system can access the content of our application while driving. At that time, your eyes should be directed to the road, so don’t expect to read news or watch videos. You can be easy listen to our podcastswhich we have published for over 500!
Most changes are under the hood of the application. We have thoroughly updated the technology used so that the application is even faster, more stable and simpler.
How to activate Carplay or Android Auto?
- First, check that you have the latest version of Delo or Slovenske novice apps on your phone. If you don’t have them, find them for androids in Google Play Work | Slovenske novice or for iPhone and iPade in ios Appstore: Work | Slovenske novice.
- For newer systems in wireless vehicles, it is sufficient to connect your phone to your car for the first time via Bluetooth and then find a Carplay (for Apple phones) or Android Auto (for Android phones) on the infotainment system of your vehicle.
- You will automatically see the Delo or Slovenske novice icon on the screen of your vehicle. When you choose them, you will get a list of the latest podcasts and all the podcast sections that can only be pressed by key or key. You activate or stop on the touch screen.
If your vehicle requires a wire connection between the phone and the infotainment system for the operation of Carplay and Android Auta, connect your phone and car to the USB cable and follow the last point.

Your subscription is just yours
With the latest version of the application, we also introduced the recording of devices that use your username and password. This will keep you reviewing whether your subscription information is safe and in use only with you. Without restrictions, you can bind one subscription to three smart devices. When you sign up with the fourth (eg when you replace your phone, tablet and another device), you will be able to easily remove old devices inside the application and activate new ones.

We bring interactive enigmatic content daily: now you can solve an online crossword puzzle and sudo in the application. We provide many adjustments when reading content, including users with special needs. To adjust the user experience, you can manually increase the size of the font, convert the written word into speech, optimization for dyslexics, and adjust the color scheme for easier reading.
Reading the digitized version of the Delo edition is possible in two ways: in a popular form of newspaper pages or with the option of customized an article, where you can set font size for smooth reading on smaller screens and contrast, and the article can also read our speaker. You can store articles, individual pages or the entire edition in bookmarks or transfer to a reading device even when you are offline.
