According to « Municipal Reporter » on Sunday, May 18, the body of 95-year-old Barbara U., wanted from May 16, was fished out of the Vistula in Praga-Północ. On the same day when the pensioner was lost, in the morning her daughter died as a result of falling from the window on the ninth floor of the building at ul. Nusbauma. It is known that an older woman left the apartment around 5-6 in the morning and went in an unknown direction. The Warsaw website reports that at the same time her daughter died falling from the 9th floor on the roof of the staircase. According to the infromation of the « city reporter », the 95-year-old probably jumped from the Gdańsk bridge or entered or fell into the water in the area of this crossing.

Barbara U. has been sought after from Friday. On Sunday, May 18, around noon, emergency services received a notification about the body floating on the Vistula in Warsaw, at an altitude of 516.3 kilometers of the river. « Municipal reporter » reports that the person walking along the shore noticed the body and immediately notified the relevant services. Emergency medical teams, fire brigade and police arrived at the scene. After the body was brought to the shore by firefighters, paramedics found the death of a woman.
