The village of Dobrejec, Kichevo, is the most famous of the Bistran River Studencica whose thirst is quenched by 160,000 inhabitants of this part of the country. It is precisely the convenience offered by this river that contributed to the village of Dobrenoec to work two mills and more rollers. Changes in the lifestyle have contributed to the same, but certainly losing their basic function despite the efforts of the local population and in these difficult times the rollers and mills survive.

– Thanks to the favorable hydrological situation of the River Studencica throughout the year, the residents of Dobrenoec and the neighboring village of Jaorec, built more mills near the river and rollers for current needs. Older residents claim that the moonlights of this river date more than a century ago, and later this potential was used for the construction of rollers, where riders, wools and other wool products were rolled out -said Dobri Nikoski, and the years went by and for years. Our village is only the only village water mill who suffered a full overhaul 15 years ago to serve individuals from the village as well as the fishery owners, who grind the grain to feed the fish here. Finally, Nikoski reminded that the only village roller unity uses for grooving but only to wash woolen products, a quantity that is growing year by year, and only memories of the time when seven mills worked in the village, and flour was milled for a large number of Sela. He himself made a full contribution to the restoration of the village mill to serve the few users for a longer period.
