Residents of Narva, Yykhvi, Kiviili and Rakvere can now get by train once a day to Latvia and Lithuania. The Narva – Tallinn train schedule, which goes at 10:01, is agreed with the Tallinn – Tartu – Riia – Vilnius route, which allows you to conveniently transplant to tapa. “We adjusted the Narva -Tallinn and Tallinn -Valga trains so that the residents of Virumaa are able to travel to Riga and Vilnius with convenient transplants to Tapa,” said Elron Chairman Lauri Betlem.
A trip to Riga with two transfers (tapa, Valga) will take:
from Narva – 6 hours 36 minutes,
From yykhvi – 6 hours 10 minutes,
from kiviili – 5 hours 55 minutes,
From the Rakvere – 5 hours 36 minutes.
The road to Vilnius will be:
from Narva – 11 hours 2 minutes,
From yykhvi – 10 hours 36 minutes,
from kiviili – 10 hours 21 minutes,
From the Rakvere – 10 hours 2 minutes.
The cost of an international ticket:
Narva – Vilnius – 39 euros,
Narva – Riga – 25.90 euros.
Schedule and carriers
Virumaa’s message with Latvia and Lithuania is carried out once a day in both directions. The train leaves from Narva at 10:01, transplants occur at Tapa stations (4 minutes) and Valga (22 minutes).
On the Narva -Valga route, passengers are served by the ELRON Stadler Flirt train, at Valga – RIIA – the Latvian Vivi carrier (Pesa 730 train), and on the RIIA line – Vilnius – the Lithuanian operator LTG Link (Pesa 730 train).

Development of railway communication
