Virtuoso pianist Age Yuurikas will perform in the Narv Tang
Already this Saturday, April 12 at 16:00, a unique concert of the outstanding Estonian pianist Age Yuurikas will be held in the Narva Town Hall. The program of the evening will sound the works of Sergei Prokofiev and Eduard Tubin.
Age Yuurikas is a famous Estonian pianist, whose game combines the traditions of European and Russian piano schools. She performed concerts throughout Europe and North America, collaborated with leading orchestras and conductors. Laureate of prestigious national and international competitions.
Age Yuurikas is also a respected teacher of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater and the Tallinn School of Music and Ballet. Its repertoire has a wide range of works: from classics to modern music, with a special accent to the music of the first half of the 20th century. In 2018, her debut album “The Soul of Fire” was recognized as the best chamber album of the year.
