Iran opposed Trump’s threats that he would bomb them if he did not directly negotiate his nuclear program, although he left the door open to indirect discussions.

– We take direct negotiations with Iran and they started them. We have a very big meeting on Saturday and we will see what happens. I think everyone agrees that it would be better to reach an agreement – Trump told reporters in an oval office while talking to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is visited by Washington.

Trump’s warnings about the possible military action against Iranmal have already shook the tense relations throughout the Middle East after the Open War in Gaza and Lebanon, military attacks on Yemen, changes of leadership in Syria and Israeli-Iranian exchange of fire.

Trump said he would prefer an agreement on the Iranian nuclear program than a military conflict. He added that on March 7th, he wrote to the supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Hamenei to suggest conversations. Iranian officials said then that Tehran would not be forced to negotiate.

During his first term, Trump has withdrawn the United States from the agreement between Iran and the world forces, which has set strict restrictions on the disputed nuclear activities of Tehran in exchange for the alleviation of sanctions. Trump also re -introduced extensive American sanctions to Iran.

Since then, Iran has far exceeded the limitations of that agreement to enrich Uranus.

Western forces accuse Iran of a secret plan for the development of nuclear weapons ability by enriching Uranus to high levels of fissian purity, above what they say is justified by the civilian energy program.

Tehran claims that its nuclear program is fully developed and used in civilian energy purposes.
