At least one person was killed and several were wounded in the latest Russian night attacks on Ukraine, according to local authorities on Thursday. One civilian was killed and one woman injured in the city of Bilopili in the northeastern Ukrainian region of Sumi, near the Russian border, according to the regional administration.
