Joseph Dabri A 30 -day investigative prison was determined because of the danger of impact on witnesses, thus the judge of the investigation at the Osijek County Court decided.
– Let's move on, we will fight. I don't think it should be long. By force of the law, he should be outside as soon as the last witness is examined. We expect it to be hurriedly – said Sime Matak, one of Dabre's lawyers.

Statement of lawyer Josip Dabre
He will only evaluate whether he will make an appeal, what they can do within three days since he receives the decision.
– I expect witnesses to be questioned before our possible appeal is resolved and he is released – said Matak.
In this case, six witnesses should be examined. There are two close relatives of the suspect Dabre, according to his claims to his husband and son, and the rest according to the unofficial information of four of his friends. The judge of the investigation believes that close relatives do not have the right to benefit from the criminal offenses in the criminal protection of children and cannot deny their testimony in that part, the Court spokesman Davor Mitrovic said. Dabra's lawyer Matak presented his expectations when Dabro could go to freedom again.
« I think it is reasonable to expect the end of next week, » a 24 -hour lawyer told.
He could not find out if Dabro actively defended himself before the investigating judge. Matak noted that the general consensus in the professional public was that determining an investigative prison for the risk of impact on witnesses is legally pointless after everyone in the public, even Dabro, has known for a month and a half that reconnaissance.
« In fact, he had enough time, if he wanted it, to influence all these witnesses, so I really think that at this point the determination of a prison prison on this basis has no legal sense, » Matak said.
Led out casually to court
DP MP Josip Dabro of custody, where he spent the night, was brought to the Osijek County Court yesterday, which was decided on the DORH request. He left the police vehicle casually, and at one point he unbuttoned his jacket and walked into a court accompanied by two police officers.
« I slept as a baby, » Dabro replied when asked how he slept behind bars.
He added that he felt as good as Wednesday, when he surrendered to the police and on the day he was removed in Parliament at the request of the DORH for the criminal proceedings of a child's rights and an illegal holding of a weapon and determining an investigative prison for the danger of impact on witnesses and destroying evidence.
The Osijek State Attorney's Office of Josip Dabra charges that the minor child from 2020 to 2024 was allowed to crack from a gun and an automatic rifle, throw an explosive device like a hand bomb, and disassembling and cleansing weapons, thus threatening a child's safety and exposed it to danger. He also suspects him for the unauthorized posture of an automatic military -origin rifle from which he fired more shots on agricultural land, but also for possessing an illegal explosive device like a hand grenade. Just over a month ago, Dabro resigned as Minister of Agriculture after the announcement of the recording at which he shot from a pistol from the passenger seat of the car, which is why he was launched against him. Later, a recording appeared in the field of Kalashnikov, and the media said DORH also has a shot of Dabra where he gives a minor to shoot from the machine gun.
The DP MP is a key 76. Hand for the Stability of the Government Andrei Plenkovic. While he is in custody, there is no majority in Parliament technically and the legal proposals of the Government cannot be voted.
O Dabra depends most
But even when it comes out of custody, the question is how Dabro will be placed according to coalition partners from the HDZ. After removing immunity in Parliament, he heard with Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic, but did not want to find out what he had told him. But he clearly communicated that he would not hand over the parliamentary term to anyone else, although Plenkovic invited him to think about it and be responsible. The question that is interested in the answer is whether the HDZ can count on Dabrina's hand in the future, after he comes out of the prison prison.
– We will see if I will continue to support the ruling coalition when I get out of the prison prison. I don't want to prejudice now. I do not want to speak some things in a hurry now, slowly – Dabro said after a vote in Parliament, where I was for his immunity to be removed, but not to delay him.
