The drama of four American soldiers took place on Tuesday, March 25. They were sent to a rescue mission, but they did not reach their destination. For some reason, they probably perveled from the road and fell into the swamp. A day later their car was found. The rescue operation lasted several days. When the vehicle was drawn ashore, it turned out that there were only three bodies in it. You had to wait one more day to find the fourth. The bodies of the soldiers were solemnly transported to the airport in Vilnius, from where they flew away on board an American aircraft to the USA. There are the funerals of fallen soldiers.

Edvin Franco’s funeral, who died in a swamp in Lithuania

Edvin Franco’s funeral will take place on Tuesday, April 22. A few days before the last farewell to her beloved husband, Georgia Franco posted in Social Media a moving photo on which there are helmets and decorations of all four soldiers who prematurely lost their lives at the Lithuanian training ground. Edvin Franco’s last farewell is scheduled for April 22 at 14 at Rock Springs Baptist Church. The funeral will take place in a section for veterans in Robinson Memorial Gardens with full military honors.

Meanwhile, on Friday, April 18, the second of the dead soldiers Jose Dueza was buried. People who wanted to say goodbye went in a procession that was heading towards the Word of Life church in Crest Hill.
