Analysts of the Institute for War Study (ISW) warn that the stop of assistance to Ukraine by the United States significantly increases Russia's chances of victory in the war. This can lead to increased Russian aggression, the seizure of new territories and the blasting of stability in the region.

Details: In their report, analysts say that stopping or delayed assistance to Ukraine by the United States can be a decisive factor in changing the balance of forces in favor of Russia. Experts emphasize that it is Western support that Ukraine allows Ukraine to resist Russian aggression.

This situation, combined with the serious challenges that will face Russia in 2025, has significant levers of influence in peace talks. • The Kremlin launched another information campaign aimed at preventing additional military assistance to Ukraine from the United States and Europe, claiming that Russia has won a war in Ukraine.
• European countries remain devoted to the support of the Ukrainian army and the defense industry, however, against the background of preparation for the European Defense Summit dedicated to Ukraine, which will take place on March 2.
