US Intelligence: Putin remains tuned to win in Ukraine
Kremlin head Vladimir Putin probably did not change his goals in the war against Ukraine and seeks victory.

Details: The document states that Moscow puts on a strategy of exhaustion and tries to undermine Ukraine’s ability to support, demoralize its population and wait for a decrease in support from the event. Despite the slow pace of promotion, the Russian military command probably considers them acceptable.

Literally: « Putin is almost certainly tuned to victory in Ukraine, and its goals have not changed since the beginning of the war: the neutrality of Ukraine and the subsequent division of the Ukrainian state. In the absence of negotiation settlement or, alternatively, powerful support from the event, the situation on the battlefield is likely to change. They are accompanied by significant losses in personnel and equipment. «
Details: Since the beginning of full -scale aggression, Russia has lost more than 700,000 servicemen, in particular at least 170,000 – killed, as well as more than 10,000 units of military equipment, of which 3000 are tanks. About 250 aircraft and helicopters were also lost.
Nevertheless, the Russian forces continue to develop in eastern Ukraine and attract additional forces – in particular, more than 10,000 North Korean military in the Kursk direction to support the offensive.
In addition, Russia actively uses Kamikadze drones and long-range missiles, attacking the critical infrastructure of Ukraine in order to break its will for resistance.
The report also states that Putin did not give up his goal – to impose post -war neutrality to Ukraine, limit its military potential and achieve further fragmentation of the state.
