Ursus will get a new cultural center
– This is a very important moment. Ursus is one of the largest and dynamically developing districts of Warsaw. That is why it is important that all services, especially cultural, are provided to a high standard and be available close to home. It will be created here, among others Cinema, studios, a spectacle room for 500 people, in which concerts, theater performances, but also the dance competition of children and youth, conferences, will be able to take place. It is important that there was such a place in the close district of the inhabitants-said Aldona Machnowska-Góra, deputy president of the Capital City of Warsaw.
The construction of a modern cultural center with a spectacle room, cinema, many artistic studios, a professional recording studio is a breakthrough investment and awaited by Ursus residents.
A two -story building at ul. Kazimierz Gierdziejewski will be built on the List List plan. The largest rooms will be: a modern spectacle scene with the audience on the ground floor and balcony, which will accommodate 500 people, as well as a cinema room, where in comfortable conditions 144 viewers will be able to watch movie screenings. On the ground floor there is a room for children who will have care for the duration of events. The rooms will be connected by a spacious hall, in which there will be a place for a cafe, cloakroom and sanitary facilities. There will still be a gallery on the ground floor with a separate entrance.
The floor of the building was designed for people who want to realize their artistic passions. A dozen or so rooms will be built there, in which art, painting, sculptural, ceramic, theater, film, dance and musical classes will be organized. In addition, there will be club rooms and a full -equipped recording studio. The building will be available to people with disabilities, equipped with renewable energy sources.
